Sara Maffey is the principal and CEO of Here Anywhere.

Sara is a seasoned real estate strategist who combines forward-looking market insight with operational execution. Her deep experience within the built environment spans construction management, economic development, site selection, workplace strategy, capital planning, incentives negotiation, sustainability and PropTech integration. Sara brings a comprehensive understanding of how physical environments drive financial performance and build community.

Sara is particularly skilled at synthesizing data, design, and stakeholder input to craft spaces that drive engagement, optimize operations, and support long-term value. She previously launched and led Transwestern’s national placemaking and asset strategy practice, advising owners and occupiers on value creation through design, leasing, amenities, and user experience.

Sara has held executive roles at high-growth real estate tech companies Local Logic and Measurabl, advised institutional clients and startups, and served on Transwestern’s Board of Directors. She holds an MBA from Yale University and a BA in Architeture and Urban Design from NYU. She has been recognized as a GlobeSt. Women of Influence “Innovator.”
